A 911 caller reported finding a body at 4601 Rockwood Drive in north Raleigh on Saturday, May 28, 2011.

Police are investigating after a neighbor found a woman's body in a north Raleigh house Saturday morning.

A neighbor peeked in the house at 4601 Rockwood Drive, then called 911 to report finding a body covered in blood shortly before 11 a.m., police said. EMS workers confirmed that the woman was dead.

The victim was identified as 34-year-old Alison Deborah Jurich on Saturday night, but police did not release a cause of death or whether they suspected foul play.

Jurich lived at the home.

Officers surrounded the house in crime scene tape and blocked off the street. Later, police brought a mobile command center there.

Neighbors said that a young couple lived at the house and that it appeared as if they were moving. Property records show that the house is owned by someone else who lives on Rockwood Drive.
