FEMA disaster recovery centers

The Federal Emergency Management Agency has opened disaster recovery centers in 10 eastern North Carolina counties affected by flooding in early October.

Representatives of the Federal Emergency Management Agency and State Emergency Response Team began assessing damage  Tuesday from rain and floods in eastern North Carolina.

The Federal Emergency Management Agency has opened disaster recovery centers in 10 eastern North Carolina counties affected by flooding in early October. The centers are open 8:30 a.m.-6:30 p.m. Monday through Saturday
