Silver Alert canceled for Raleigh man, 87

The North Carolina Center for Missing Persons has canceled a Silver Alert for Harold Ivory Williams, 87, of Raleigh.

Williams, who was believed to be suffering from dementia or some other cognitive impairment, was located at about noon Friday and appeared to be fine, authorities said.
