Raleigh Officer Due in Court

A court date is set for today for a Raleigh police officer charged with making threats to a woman.

Senior Patrol Officer Garris Evans is charged with making the threats, and trespassing on the woman's property in November.

Charges against Garris were filed a week after another Raleigh officer was charged with assaulting his girlfriend.
