Man Shot by Police Officer Dies

Another police officer has drawn his gun and taken a life, this time in Edgecombe County.

The Rocky Mount police detective had stopped a car on US 64 when the officer says the driver approached with what may have been a pair of scissors.

The State Bureau of Investigation is checking the circumstances of 38-year-old Donald Moseley Junior's death.
