Sivak Autopsy Shows 4 Wounds, Cocaine

New details have surfaced in the Hoke County Sheriff's Department investigation of a shooting that left one man dead. An autopsy report says that David Sivak was hit by four bullets and had cocaine in his system when he died.

Deputy Frank Hicks shot Sivak over Labor Day weekend. He says he shot when Sivak tried to run over him with a van.Hicks is on administrative leave while the Attorney General's office decides whether he should stand trial for the shooting.
