Firefighters evacuated a building near the Fayetteville Regional Airport Thursday afternoon.

Officials say a forklift driver accidentially punctured a drum of formaldehyde at Corporate Express Delivery.

Fayetteville sent its hazardous materials team to contain the leak. No one was hurt, but 16 people had to leave the building while a crew cleaned up the toxic spill.
