Durham Co. DA Wants Dixon Back in Court

Virginia truck driver Esau Dixon might not be off the hook after all. The Durham County District Attorney is set to decide if Dixon should be re-tried in connection with a deadly accident last summer on Interstate-85 in Durham.

Prosecutors say Dixon's erratic driving caused the crash near Durham, but a jury could not decide.

The trial ended last week without a verdict.
