Fund Established for Baby Halley

The abandoned newborn discovered in some bushes in Cary is improving. She's was listed in "good" condition Wednesday afternoon. Hospital nurses named the little girl "Halley" after Halley's Comet. They say the child came into their lives in a flash, just like a comet.
