A man police say preyed on several children in the Triangle faces new charges Monday night in Durham.

Hours after his first court appearance Monday for seven counts of taking indecent liberties with a minor in Wake County, Durham police charged 22-year-old Michael Trott with two more attacks, as well as exposing himself to a minor.

Durham's University Drive is a busy area, filled with a variety of shopping centers and customers. It is also a place where police say Trott is accused of taking indecent liberties with a minor. Parents who often come to University Drive said they hope police have the right man, and if he's guilty they're glad he's apprehended.

Trott is in Wake County with a $700,000 bond. He also has a separate bond of $75,000 in Durham. Raleigh police said they wouldn't be surprised if more people started to come forward in the situation.
