Classroom Pot Smoker Headed to Rehab

A UNC law student who decided to get high during class is headed to a drug rehabilitation program.

Barry Berman pulled out a pipe and smoked marijuana in his constitutional law class in April.

Prosecutors agreed to drop the charges against himifhe completes the rehab program. Berman says he hates being in law school and wants to be a musician.
