Former Cary Pastor Too Broke to Pay Judgment

A Cary pastor found liable in a sexual harassment lawsuit says he's too poor to pay the judgment. Reverend Ed Privette told a judge Monday he has no assets to satisfy the $420,000 judgment.

In March, a Wake County Superior Court jury filed in favor of two women who once worked for Privette. They accused him of kissing and touching them, and making sexually suggestive remarks.
