One of the three men charged in a March triple murder in Zebulon pleaded guilty Friday to a lesser charge. Tildrin Hunter, 17, had been charged with three counts of first degree murder.

Friday, Hunter pleaded guilty to three counts of second degree murder in exchange for his testimony against 17-year-old Marcus Mitchell and 18-year-old Durron Ray.

Wake County District Attorney Frank Jackson said Hunter was just the "lookout man".

The trial is expected to begin in November. Hunter will be sentenced after the other two men are tried. Links to related stories below.)
