Police Arrest Cary Man on Child Abuse Charges

A 28-year-old Cary man has been arrested and charged with taking incdecent liberties with an 11-year-old girl.

Police say Donald Frederick knocked on the door of the little girl's home, entered and molested her.

He was arrested after investigators say he approached another little girl and asked her if she wanted a ride.
