One man is fighting for his life, another is behind bars and a third remains on the loose. It's all the result of a drive-by shooting in Durham Sunday night.

Kevin Pridgen, 20, was in critical condition Monday night at Durham Regional Hospital after being shot while in a neighbor's driveway just before 12 a.m. Monday. Police have arrested 17-year-old Jason Chamberlain and charged him with the crime. They are still looking for his 20-year-old brother, Chris Chamberlain.

Investigators also were trying to locate the SKS assault rifle believed to have been used in the shooting.

Police said Pridgen belonged to a juvenile gang known as ``The Dog Pound.'' Police said he was struck by one of at least 15 shots fired.
