UNC Law Student Charged with Smoking Pot in Class

He probably knew it was against the law but, for some reason, that didn't stop a UNC law student from allegedly smoking a pipe filled with marijuana in a law school class.

Depending upon what law school officials decide, Barry Berman could be expelled from school. Reportedly, Berman continued to smoke the pipe until a dean entered the room and made him stop.
