Man Shoots Himself

An Orange County man is hospitalized in critical condition, after shooting himself in the chest.

Police responded to a domestic call Friday night at Maple Ridge Mobile Home Park. Authorities say Ricky Lee Hunt was holed up inside his trailer.

Police say he and his girlfriend were arguing, when he put a gun to his head and pulled the trigger. His girlfriend fled. That bullet only grazed him.

Police say Hunt then barricaded himself inside the trailer, firing two more shots. One went out the window; the other lodged in his chest.
