Halifax County authorities have arrested four teens and charged them in connection with the mid-December death of a mother of three.

Craig Williams, 18, and Michael Ward, 19, are both charged with murder. Edward Settles, 18, and Roshene Mills, 22, are charged with conspiracy to commit murder. Mills is from Warrenton. The others are all from Littleton.

Patricia King was found by one of her children, beaten and shot to death in her home. Police say they broke the case after one of the four suspects allegedly tried to get cash with King's ATM card.

WRAL TV5's Robert Carver will have details on this story on the Noon News.
