Search for Rest Home Patient Ends in Tragedy

A search for a missing Franklin county rest home patient has come to a tragic end.

The body of 76-year-old Cornelia Martin was found in a creek along State Road 1600 early Monday. Martin apparently wandered away from the Zollieville rest home Sunday. Her body was found about a mile from the home.

Police believe her death was accidental.
