Drag Shows Will Remain in Raleigh

City inspectors have failed in their attempt to curb drag shows in Raleigh. They had cited the "Legends" club for violating a zoning ordinance which restricts the concentration of adult entertainment.

Owners of the gay night club file a suit protesting the action and a Wake County judge has ruled in the club's favor.

The judge said the cross-dressing performances should not be considered adult entertainment because there is no nudity or sexual activity.
