Garner Mobile Home Fight Over

The battle to build a mobile home in a Garner subdivision is over.

The town Board of Adjustment rejected Lashunda Dunn's proposal after months of protests by residents who did not want the home in their neighborhood. The board said Dunn's request was not filled out properly.

A recently enacted city moratorium on mobile homes will prevent Dunn from reapplying.
