Matthew Wilson is charged with DWI and drug possession. The 21-year-old rising senior was stopped in Chapel Hill last week after police say he ran a red light.
Court records show Wilson's blood alcohol registered 0.21. They also show the officer found marijuana in his car.
Meanwhile, three former Duke lacrosse players are getting a shot at the big league.
Matt Zash, Dan Flannery and Kyle Dowd were all drafted by major league lacrosse teams.
Zash and Flannery both lived at a home on North Buchanan Boulevard, where an exotic dancer says she was raped during a party.
Three other players -- Reade Seligmann, Collin Finnerty and David Evans -- are charged and expected back in court later in June.
Zash could make his major league debut this weekend.
