Missing Fayetteville Man Found Dead

A 21-year-old Fayetteville man who was reported missing last week was found dead on Saturday.

Search volunteers for the Missing You Foundation found Joshua Crabtree late Saturday morning near the intersection of

Birch Road and Hemlock Drive

Fayetteville police, however, do not suspect foul play.

Crabtree disappeared from his home Tuesday morning. In a missing-person flier, police said Crabtree had a medical condition and needed immediate medical assistance.
