Police: Chapel Hill Festival Shootings Probably Gang-Related

Chapel Hill investigators are still looking for suspects in the shooting that put an end to the Apple Chill Street Festival.

Town leaders decided to cancel the festival after two shootings Sunday night near Franklin Street. The shootings occurred after the event had ended, and police believe they were gang-related.

The victims are recovering.
