A Harnett County judge does not want the media to hear 911 tapes from the drowning of a 4-year-old boy.

Police say twins Garrett and Jarrett Odom were being supervised by their stepmother at the time they went underwater in their backyard pool.

Police say Sandra Odom was the only adult at the house when it happened, and that she called 911. Jarrett was pronounced dead at UNC Hospitals.

Garrett Odom was released from the hospital on Tuesday. The Harnett County District Attorney says the tapes should be released as soon as the investigation is finished.
