Stolen tickets for the March 4 Duke-UNC basketball game discovered on EBay has led to charges against five Durham men.

Durham police said basketball tickets for three Duke basketball games were among several items stolen during a Feb. 1 break-in at a Sheridan Drive home. Durham and Duke University police investigators later spotted the tickets for sale on the auction website, where the winning bid for the Duke-UNC tickets rose to $3,100.

Detectives searched an apartment at 4216 Garrett Road last week and confiscated several computers - including one that had been stolen - as well as a shotgun.

Police later charged Karim Jarrett, Kevin Ottey, Ibrahim Waheed and Abdul Waheed with possession of stolen property. Antonio Castro was charged with breaking and entering, larceny and larceny of a firearm. Waheed is currently awaiting trial on several charges related to previous break-ins in southern Durham.
