State Utilities Commission Approves PSNC Rate Decrease

PSNC's natural gas rates are going down.

The state Utilities Commission approved the company's request to lower rates by 4 percent.

Customers will save an average of $5 a month starting in March.

Rates have been on a steady decline since November.
