Marines Killed in Traffic Wreck Involving School Bus

Two Camp Lejeune marines were killed Wednesday morning when they were in skidded into the path of a school bus.

The state Highway Patrol says the car hydroplaned and fishtailed, then slid into the path of the bus, which hit the car broadside.

The school bus was carrying 20 students heading for Summersill Elementary School. The students were taken to the hospital for treatment of bumps and bruises.
