Selma Teenager Drowns In Little River

A Selma teenager died Tuesday during an afternoon swim.

Divers found 17-year-old Paul Tetrick's body late Tuesday evening in the Little River in eastern Johnston County.

Emergency workers went out in boats for much of the afternoon trying to find the teenager.

Officers say Tetrick and some friends had been jumping in the water beneath the Lowell Mill Dam when the current apparently took him under. -->
