Bimbe Festival Kicks Off In Durham

The Bimbe Festival got underway Saturday morning at the old Durham Athletic Park.

The Bimbe festival features West African culture and showcases musicians and artists. People got into the groove with music and dancing.

"We have lots of food and lots of entertainment," says organizer Laura Grissom. "We have something for everyone."

The festival continues Sunday from 3 p.m. to 9 p.m.
