Another crime has been caught on tape from a state trooper's video camera, this one involving a crime against the trooper.

Trooper Shawn Stankus was talking to a driver he had pulled over when he was struck by a passing pickup truck.

Stankus managed to get into his squad care and pursue the truck driver. He stopped the truck with assistance from some other drivers.

The driver was charged with driving under the influence. Stankus was taken to a hospital where he is listed in fair condition
