Bicyclist Killed In Collision With Pick-Up Truck

A bicyclist is dead after being hit by a truck in Fayetteville.

Police say 22-year-old Joshua Freese was riding his bike on Eastern Boulevard Saturday when a pick-up truck hit him. Freese died at the scene.

The driver, Franklin Carter, is being charged with misdemeanor death by motor vehicle and failing to maintain the vehicle in a single lane.
