Police Investigate Deadly Wreck on Interstate 95

Authorities say three people were killed Thursday evening when a tractor-trailer, a rental truck and a passenger car collided in the southbound lanes of I-95 near the Nash and Wilson county lines.

State Highway Patrolofficials say the incident occurred around 9:45 p.m. slightly south of the N.C. 97 overpass.
