No Fifths on the 5th

Because July fourth fell on a Sunday, anyone who wants to buy a fifth will have to wait until the sixth. That's because ABC stores in most places, along with many other enterprises, will be closed Monday.

If your "To Do" list includes going to the bank, the post office or any other government office, you need not venture out until Tuesday. Ditto for county library branches.

One exception to the lengthy closing list will be the Orange County ABC stores; they will be open.
