Robeson County authorities arrested two men Friday morning in connection with Monday's double murder.

Anthony Revels, 29, of Pembroke, is charged with two counts of first degree murder, two counts of armed robbery and one count of conspiracy. He's being held without bond.

Bryan Keith Chavis, 18, of Red Springs, is charged with two counts of armed robbery and one count of conspiracy. Chavis is not charged with murder, and he's being held on $30,000 bond.

Investigators believe the motive was robbery when Patrick Sam Locklear was shot at least five times and Billy Dean Wearnes was shot three times.

A passerby spotted a car on the side of Malinda Road around 6:30 Monday morning.

When deputies arrived, they found the bodies of two men.
