Fatal Chatham Co. Fire Deemed Accidental

Investigators say a Chatham County house fire that killed an elderly woman and her granddaughter was an accident.

Lillian Kirby, 79 and 1-year-old Jasmine Moore died when the house on Jack Bennett Road burned last Friday. Jasmine's father, Dennis Moore was hurt trying to save them.

He was released from the hospital over the weekend.
