No Charges Filed Yet In Four Oaks Shooting

It will probably be several days before a decision is made to file charges in the deadly shooting of a Four Oaks boy this past weekend.

Johnston County detectives say 5-year-old Linwood Martin died instantly after he was shot in the chest Sunday.

Linwood and his 6-year-old brother were apparently inside the house alone when the gun went off.

It's against state law to leave a loaded gun where minors can reach it.
