Johnston Authorities Seize Seven ATVs Used For Joyrides

Some Johnston County teenagers are in trouble with the law.

Johnston County deputies seized seven all-terrain vehicles that they say were used for joyriding.

Authorities said the teenage drivers were using them on state highways and then trying to outrun police.

It was not the only ATV incident in Johnston County. A

10-year-old boy

died and an 11-year-old was seriously injured on Sunday when their ATV flipped over in a ditch.
