Kentucky Authorities Arrest Raleigh Man Accused Of Kidnapping, Rape

Police in Kentucky have arrested a Raleigh man accused of kidnapping and raping his ex-girlfriend in 2003.

Investigators say Norman Plummer hid from police with the help of his family.

The victim said she was kidnapped in Angier and forced to drive to a location in Harnett County, where she was raped.

Plans to bring Plummer back to North Carolina are still being worked out.
