Wayne County Man Charged With Sexual Assault

Authorities have made an arrest in a sexual assault that occurred in Wayne County.

William Charles Kohls II, 25, of Dudley, was charged with second-degree sexual offense.

He also faces charges of domestic assault and communicating threats.

Authorities say other charges are pending.
