Glenoit Frabics Lays Off 126 Workers In Tarboro

Glenoit Fabrics announced Tuesday it will lay off 126 workers at its facility in Tarboro.

All of the jobs will be eliminated before the end of December.

Edgecombe County's unemployment rate is already 4 percent higher than the state average.

The company is shifting the jobs out of the country.
