Authorities in Cumberland County have arrested a man they believe forced his step-children to participate in sexual acts with him.
Authorities in Cumberland County have arrested a man they believe forced his step-children to participate in sexual acts with him.
Sheriff deputies said Charles Hollenback, 43, of Zanesville, Ohio, had sex with his 8-year-old and 7-year-old stepdaughters. Investigators said the crimes occurred between May 1 and June 30, 2006 when the family lived in Fayetteville.
Authorities also said Hollenback repeatedly threatened and abused children.
Hollenback faces a variety of charges, including first-degree rape and felony child abuse. He is currently in the Cumberland County Jail on $575,000 bond.
