Raleigh Police Arrest Landscaping Burglar

An arrest has been made in a June 28 theft at a landscaping company.

Authorities say Danny Lamont Avery, of Raleigh, broke into Jim's Maintenance and took two chainsaws. The theft was captured on surveillance video.

Avery reportedly tried to sell the chainsaws at a pawn shop.

Police do not know if Avery is responsible for any of the other recent break-ins at the Raleigh landscaping company.
