Raleigh Drowning Believed To Be Accidental

Police say they probably will not charge anyone in the drowning of a young girl at a pool in Raleigh.

According to authorities, 7-year-old Jasmine Peters drowned at the Austin Grove Apartments Monday.

Investigators say she was spending the summer with relatives in Raleigh.

They believe Peters' death was an accident.
