Former Inmate Finds Life Outside Prison Difficult

A man who spent more than three decades in prison is finding freedom frustrating.

Junior Allen went to prison for stealing a Benson woman's TV. He was released in May, but he still cannot get his birth certificate or a photo ID.

Allen said he has a car and wants his driver's license so he can start working.

Allen lives with his sister in Georgia.
