Two people accused in one of the state's largest insurance schemes have pleaded guilty.

Antonio Siler and Ellen Burns pleaded guilty to obtaining property by false pretense and conspiracy. Police said they staged car crashes to collect insurance money.

Investigators think the scam has been going on since 1992. Charges against four other suspects are pending.

Officers say they have linked the group to 480 accident claims worth $2 million.
