Durham Police Identify Man Who Drove Into Apartment

Durham police need your help finding a driver who plowed into the side of an apartment building and fled the scene.

Fredis Antonio Paz Delcid faces a long list of charges, including hit and run.

Police say the 22-year-old's car went through the living room of her apartment on Memorial Day.

The woman who lives there was not seriously hurt.
