Manslaughter Charges Dropped Against Warren County Parents

A couple charged in the death of their baby will not stand trial.

Prosecutors dropped involuntary manslaughter charges against George and Adria Barnette, of Warrenton, because medical evidence could not prove the child died at the hands of his parents.

Kaleb Barnette died in the fall of 2003.
