Appeals Court Hears Arguments In Fayetteville Annexation Case

One of the biggest annexation fights in the central North Carolina region landed in the state court of appeals Wednesday.

The Court heard on Wednesday from a group that's challenging Fayetteville's annexation plan.

The city wants to annex 42,000 people.

Since last summer, the annexation's been on hold because of several court challenges.
