Teen Faces More Charges In Wilmington SUV Accident

A teenager faces more charges in connection with an accident that killed his friend.

Harrison Palmer, 18, is accused of involuntary manslaughter, possession of alcohol and possession of marijuana in addition to an initial charge of DWI.

Police say he lost control of his SUV in Wilmington in December and hit a tree.

Harper Williams, 19, was thrown from the vehicle and killed. He was a freshman at UNC.
